To: FSG Bank CEO Michael Kramer
Keep Bob and Margie home for the holidays!
Please negotiate with Bob and Margie Smith to keep them in their home. Rescind their foreclosure and allow them to pay off their loan at a payment they can afford.
Why is this important?
FSG is planning on putting us out on the street two days before Thanksgiving! We call this our "Sacred Home" because of the love put into restoring it, the love shared in it, and the Blessings brought through it. I used my inheritance to buy this house for $25,500 in 1998 and have put another $50.000 in upgrades in repairs in it. We worked every day for 7 months to restore it to the luster this Sacred Home once had. We redid the walls, ceilings, floors, plumbing, roof, and cabinets, and built a deck. I paid on my loan consistently for ten years and instead of renegotiating the payment as promise, FSG demanded the loan in full. We want to pay want we owe on the home. We need FSG to make good on their promise and allow us to pay it back at a payment we can afford.
Please sign our petition and call/email the CEO Michael Kramer and urge him to negotiate with us to keep us in our home. 423-308-2080 email@example.com
I am___________, calling from___________. Your bank is trying to put Bob and Margie Smith on the street two days before Thanksgiving. I'm urging you to work with Bob and Margie at 4709 Florida Ave, Chattanooga, TN, 37409 to keep them in their home. They want to pay what is owed on the home. They need you to work with them to negotiate a payment they can afford. They have spent their life savings on this home. The last thing we need is another family on the street and another vacant home. Work with Bob and Margie to keep them in their home. Thank you!
