Is there an error code 11 or 12 on Rinnai?

Ever since it continues to go out and displays Error Codes 11 or 12 (mostly 12). I have had the Rinnai Technician in and for a short time it works perfectly – maybe for 2 weeks maximum then it starts to go out all over again. Any ideas? We have the same heater as you.

11 is no ignition and 12 is flame failure. Which means the unit had enough flow through it to call the unit on it just failed to light or maintain ignition. i dont think it’s a flow issue. Rinnai tech support is excellent. Have a tech call them from on site and trouble shoot the unit.
